Abrams, Rees form Velocity Capital Management

David Abrams, former CIO of Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment and Arne Rees, former U.S. executive of Sportradar have formed the investment firm Velocity Capital Management, which plans to invest up to $50m (€50m) in early-stage sports, media, and entertainment companies with enterprise values of up to $2bn.
