Allison is responsible for overseeing fund accounting and management company reporting as well as staying on top of SEC regulations and industry standards. With nearly 20 years of experience in private equity and finance, she’s held leadership roles like CFO and CCO at Clarendon Capital, a lower-middle-market private equity firm in the DC metro area. She has also contributed her skills at Blackstone, IQEQ, and Deerfield Management, at which during her 12 year tenure, she focused on fund operations, reporting, and compliance. Allison launched her career as an auditor in Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Office and earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fordham University.

Allison currently resides in Pleasantville, NY with her husband, three children and one large, 60-pound dog.
