Matthew is responsible for capital formation and investor partnerships at Velocity.

Previously, Matthew was a Vice President at AIM13, a multi-family office originally founded by the Pritzker and Harris families out of Chicago. While at AIM13, he was focused on sourcing, diligencing, and underwriting investments across asset classes. Matthew’s investment experience spanned across the firm’s entire alternatives platform, including private equity, venture capital, private credit, and hedge funds. Matthew graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina with a B.B.A. in International Business and Finance. He received his J.D from the George Washington University Law School.

Matthew was born in Charlotte, NC and lives with his wife in lower Manhattan.
